Refugees entitled to unemployment insurance do not forfeit their right because they are nationals of Germany, Austria or Italy, according to information received today by the National Refugee Service from the New York State Department of Labor. Aliens entitled to unemployment insurance will receive the full amount to which they are entitled, the NRS was advised.
