Nachman Rachmilevicius, 64, Lithuanian Consul-General in Palestine and one of the founders of the post-war Lithuanian republic, died here today. He was a member of the “Tariba,” the first Lithuanian National Council, and also a member of the first independent Lithuanian cabinet.
