Reliable reports reaching here today disclose that the German police have received instructions that every Jew remaining in Germany must be deported to Poland before August 1. Mass-deportations of Reich Jews continue, the reports state, with hundreds being jammed into freight cars daily and sent eastward.

Mass-expulsions of German Jews, which had been halted during the winter months because of lack of facilities on the heavily-taxed German railroads, was resumed the last week of June when fifty leading members of the Berlin Jewish Community, including its president, Dr. Heinrich Stahl, were sent to Poland.
