Dr. J. L. Magnes, head of the Hebrew University and leader of the Ichud Party, today issued a statement denying a report published in the press here that he allegedly agrees that the Jews in Palestine should permanently remain a forty-percent minority. “I hope to soon publish my views on the Palestine immigration problem,” the statement says.
