Extensive preparations for welcoming and routing to their destinations 120 Jewish refugees who are expected to land here tomorrow when the S.S. Serpa Pinto arrives from Portugal, were made by the Baltimore branch of the HIAS today. Most of the new arrivals have relatives or sponsors in Michigan, Virginia, Illinois, California or New York.
