Doctors and Nurses Leave for Iran to Bring 700 Jewish Children to Palestine

A staff of Jewish doctors and nurses will leave Palestine for Iran within a few days to arrange the transfer to Palestine of 700 Jewish children from Poland who arrived in Teheran after leaving Russia, it was announced here today.

At the same time, arrangements are being completed here to receive the children. The setting-up of a special children’s village to house all the young refugees is under discussion. Temporarily, they will be sheltered in four reception camps which will be established in one of the Jewish colonies.
