The Workmen’s Circle, Jewish labor fraternal order, has purchased $1,000,000 of war bonds in the second War Loan Drive just completed and is launching a campaign to have its 72,000 members buy another $2,000,000 worth by the end of the year, it was announced yesterday at the opening of the 43rd annual convention of the organization by Joseyh Weinberg, president.
