Despite the fact that the prosecution is attempting to send Abraham Rachlin and Leib Sirkin, the two defendants in the arms trial,"to prison for life on charges of possessing ammunition and guns sold to them by two British soldiers, it has failed to produce the arms, defense lawyers charged today. They demands that the prosecution prove the arms are or were in the possession of Sirkin or Rachlin.

Meanwhile, Rachlin testified that he knew Stoner and Harris, the soldiers, only as passengers in his taxi and denied ever seeing his co-defendant Sirkin except at football games in which the latter participated.
