Rep. Samuel Dickstein, N. Y. Dem., today demanded that both political parties take a definite stand on the question of refugees at their national conventions to be held in Chicago later this year. In a thirty-minute speech on the floor of the House, Dickstein condemned Great Britain for closing the doors of Palestine, and asked that substantial numbers be admitted at least temporarily into the United States.
