Nullification of all discriminatory laws and measures enacted against the Jewish population by the Axis authorities, and the restoration of all rights formerly enjoyed by Jews immediately upon the liberation of any European area by the Allied forces was urged today in a memorandum submitted to Secretary of State Cordell Hull by the American Jewish Conference.
In addition to the restoration of rights for individuals, the memorandum called for the reinstatement of all the rights of communal, religious and cultural organization, which the Jewish population enjoyed after the first World War.
