An appeal to Zionist youth in France to emigrate to Palestine was voiced here today by David Scaltiel, Jewish Agency representative in France, addressing a meeting of the Movement of Zionist Youth. Other speakers included Leon Meiss, president of the Representative Council of the Jews of France, who stressed the solidarity between French Zionists and all French Jews, and a Rabbi Cappel who reviewed the underground activities of the young Zionists during the occupation.
