A Jewish state will be established in Palestine in the very near future “with or without the approval of England,” Rabbi Judah L. Fishman, Mizrachi leader and a member of the Jewish Agency, declared last night, addressing the 22nd national convention of the Hapoel Hamizrachi at the Hotel Morrison.

Rabbi Fishman, who arrived here from Palestine last month, warned that peace must be achieved within the American Zionist movement before the convening of the world Zionist conference in London, on July 30, “otherwise that conference will not accomplish its purpose.”
