The Canadian Government was urged in Parliament yesterday to support Jewish demands for increased immigration into Palestine, in an address by Stanley Knowles, Cooperative Commonwealth Fedeation deputy from Winnipeg.

Questioned whether he would be ready to support the sending of Canadian soldiers to Palestine to fight the Arabs, if necessary, Knowles replied that the question was hypothetical, since he believed the Arabs were bluffing.
