Secretary of State Byrnes told his press conference today that the Governments of the United States and Great Britain have agreed to urge upon the committee appointed to consider the Palestine question that they conduct their inquiry with the utmost expedition, and report within 120 days of the inception of the inquiry. He said that the President was not yet prepared to announce membership of that commission and that announcements would be made simultaneously in London and Washington.
