A request for an investigation of the plight of political prisoners in Palestine and of the Palestinian deportees in Eritrea, has been wired to Paul-Henri Spaak, president of the UNO General Assembly, by the Zionist Revisionist Organization and affiliated groups.

The appeal asked that a special delegation of the UNO be sent to Eritrea to investigate the conditions existing in the camp where several hundred Palestinian Jews are being held, and where it was recently reported that two Jows were killed and 14 others wounded.

The New Zionist Organization today sent a letter to President Truman asking him to intervene to halt Britain’s announced intention to secure the independence of Transjordan and its admission into the United Nations.
