Fyoder Dan, prominent Russian-Jewish Social Democrat and journalist, died here today at the age of 75. Dan, a physician by profession, was born in Leningrad and played an active role in Russian politics during the early years of the Revolution. He left the U.S.S.R. in 1922 and arrived in this country during World War II, after residing for many years in France.
