Ninety-four “small fry” who participated in the Jassy massacre of 1941 in which 14,000 Jews lost their lives will go on trial before a military court, May 6, charged with a “breach of the peace.”
Meanwhile, the highest military tribunal is investigating the case of top army officers involved in the pogrom who were previously acquitted, but whose retrial was ordered following a Parliamentary debate.
