Baron Henri de Rothschild, banker, physician, and playwright, died at Jouxens, near here, yesterday, at the age of 75.

Baron de Rothschild established a surgical clinic and the Institute Pierre Curie in Paris and endowed the latter institution with radium from his own radium manufacturing plant. He was the author of a number of plays published under a nom de plume and built the Theater Pigalle, the most luxurious in France. He was a member of the Academy of Medicine in France, and commander of the Legion of Honor.
