It was announced that a number of Jewish organizations are cooperating with the government in preparing material for the prosecution.
The Jewish Democratic Committee has issued a 6,000-word manifesto charging the ?iu party with being “morally and politically guilty of the death of hundreds of thousands of persons in slave labor detachments, concentration camps, death trains ## the Jassy massacre.” Maniu testified for the defense during the trial of the ?rtime fascist dictator Ian Antonescu.
