1,000 Polish Jews Return to Poland from Rumania Where They Fled Before Nazi Armies

More than 1,000 Polish Jews have been repatriated ## Rumania during the past two months, it was reported here.

Most of the Jews fled Poland before the Nazi armies when they invaded the country in 1939. The remainder are Jews who emigrated many years before the war and to were given permission to return to Poland by the Polish consul in Bucharest. ## refugees report that the Jewish population is suffering from hunger and anti-##nitism.
