A film on genocide will be released to all member states of the United Nations after January 1, it was reported here today.
The film, prepared by the U.N. Film Division, and entitled “Genocide – The Greater Crime,” compares genocide to homicide, pointing out that the leasser crime is vigorously punished, while no legislation exists for punishment for the destruction of a people.
