Jules Chendor, alleged owner of the New York warehouse from which 65,000 pounds of TNT were consigned to Palestine, appeared before American Vice-Consul Robert Moore here today and made a statement declaring that the warehouse did not belong to him, that he was not a member of any Palestine terrorist organization and that he had no connection with arms traffic to Palestine.
