A Foreign Office spokesman today denied reports hat State Department officials are on route to London to discuss the Palestine trusteeship Plan with the Foreign Office. At the same time, reliable sources here ruled out the possibility that Britain might take over the proposed U.N. trusteeship of Palestine.
