Federal Commission Will Study Charges of Anti-semitism Against Radio Station

The Federal Communications Commission will consider charges that G.A. Richards, owner of radio station KMPC in Los Angeles, ordered newscasts slanted in an anti-Semitic manner, it was announced here last night. The F.C.C. said it would also investigate two other stations owned by Richards, WJR in Detroit, and WGAR in Cleveland.
