The Israeli Cabinet, at a meeting this afternoon, considered the Security Council resolution ordering the withdrawal of all troops fro the Negev to positions held on Oct. 14. An official announcement said the Cabinet “took note” of the resolution.
The recently-imposed country-wide black-out was lifted throughout Israel tonight until further notice.
