Mrs. Florence Prag Kahn, the first Jewish woman to sit in the United States Congress, died here yesterday at the age of 80, Mrs. Kahn represented this area in Congress from 1925 to 1937.
A native of Salt Lake City, Mrs. Kahn was appointed to important posts on Congressional committees. In 1929 she was a number of the House Committee on Military Affairs.
