Menachom Beigin, addressing a reception tendered him by the Brith Trumpeldor of America last night, declared that Israeli will not have achieved victory until all of Palestine is occupied by Jews now scattered throughout the world. “The fight is not yet over,” he stated. “Not yet has the aim of victory been achieved.”
