The question of erecting a special building to house sessions of the World Zionist Congress was raised here today at a meeting of the Jewish Agency executive. The proposed edifice would cost $1,000,000 to construct. Dr. Herzl’s grave would be permanently established at its entrance. Today’s session also took up the question of increased colonization programs and the movement of newly-arriving immigrants to rural areas.
