The first officers of the Israeli Air Force and ##y to reach the United States arrived hero today by plane as part of a contingent of 12 her### of the Palestine war who will visit hundreds of communities throughout the United States on behalf of the $250,000,000 United Jewish Appeal. Included in the group are four young women. Nine Israeli soldiers who arrived earlier are now serving as honor guards on U.J.A. “Caravan of Hope” trains touring this country.
