The tenth meeting of the special Israeli-Transjordan armistice commission on Jerusalem proved fruitless today. In a four-hour session the question of Israeli access to Mt. Scopus and through the Latrun area was not resolved.

The Transjordanian delegates refused to move from their demand that the Jews permit all Arabs who fled Jerusalem to return and to restore their property to them. The next meeting of the body has been set for May 29.

The transfer of United Nations headquarters and the central truce supervision committee from Haifa to Jerusalem began today. It is expected to be completed by the middle of next week.
