Exhibitions depicting educational and artistic activities in the Soviet Union are being arranged in various towns in Israel by the Soviet legation, it was reported here. Local residents sympathetic to the U. S. S. R. conduct lectures at the exhibits, which also feature Russian movies.
The Russian attache here for cultural affairs has requested his government to dispatch a non-Jewish theatrical group to Israel to present several performances in various parts of the country, press reports say.
