The Israeli Government has accepted an invitation from the United Nations to attend the forthcoming conference of the U.N.-sponsored Food and Agricultural Organization in Beirut, which is scheduled to open Sept. 19, it was learned here today. Dr. Israel Porzalan, a top official of the Agriculture Ministry, is expected to represent the Jewish state at the parley.
