Shlomo Meerovitch, head of the labor department of the Israel Manufactures Association, will leave here tomorrow for Belgium after a three-week study of British labor-management relations and the machinery set up to deal with industrial personnel problems. After his visit to Belgium, Mr. Meerovitch, will proceed to Paris and New York where he hopes to found a “League of Friends of Israeli Industry.”
