Leaders of the Joint Distribution Committee sailed today for Paris to attend a ten-day conference of European directors of the J.D.C., at which reports will be submitted on the aid given by the organization during the past year and plans will be formulated for the coming year. The delegation included Monroe Goldwater, Moses A. Leavitt and Evelyn M. Morrissey.
