O’Connor, a member of the Federal Displaced Persons Commission, stated here last night that the provision of the present DP immigration act requiring that 30 percent of all displaced persons admitted to this country must be farmers probably will make it impossible to bring in the full number of 205,000 refugee immigrants authorized under the current law, Mr. O’Connor spoke at a 12-state conference of DP resettlement agencies.
