A group of Argentine Jews, headed by Elias Teubal, has decided to buy a building for the Israel Legation here to be presented as a gift to the state of Israel, it was announced today. The building will cost 1,500,000 pesos ($375,000) which the group is donating and will replace the rented quarters which the Israel Legation occupies at present.
