Mordecai Namir, Israel Minister to the Soviet Union, was scheduled to leave here this week-end for Moscow. It was reported that as soon as he arrives in the Soviet capital, Mr. Namir will contact Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko in an attempt to weld Israel-Soviet relations more closely than previously.
