The best reply to the United Nations decision on Jerusalem, Israel Minister to Britain Dr. Mordecai Eliash declared last night at the annual meeting of the British section of the Women’s International Zionist Organization, is that “Jerusalem will not be a separate corpse but a living part of Israel forever.”
Harry Sacher, British Zionist leader, echoing Mr. Eliash’s sentiments, asserted that “whatever happens, Jerusalem will remain ours.” The WIZO conference launched a 260,000-pound drive to erect a new infant home in Jerusalem.
