Employment Opportunities for Minority Groups in N.Y. State Reported on Increase

A report that “employment opportunities for minority groups are being opened today in places where they were never accepted before” was made here during the week-end by Henry Spitz, general councel of the New York State Commission Against Discrimination. He indicated, however, that there was still a “great deal” of employment bias and discrimination in this state.
