Mayor William O’Dwyer of this city proclaimed today as Mobilization Day for the Zionist Organization of America. The Mayor called on the Jews of New York “to affiliate themselves with the Z.O.A. from the date hereof until Feb. 15, 1950.” The Z.O.A. announced the launching of a month-long drive for 50,000 new members.
