A colony in Israel will be established in tribute to the services of Samuel J. Zacks, retiring president of the Zionist Organization of Canada, it was announced here today. The announcement said the decision to set up such a settlement was taken at the recently-concluded 30th national convention of the Zionist Organization of Canada.
