The Israel Perliament recently approved a Cabinet decision to permit the company to resume activities if it meets a number of conditions, including the sale of sufficient shares to permit control of the corporation by Israclis. The directors who have arrived here include Lord Glenconner of London, Israel Brodie of New York and Moshe Novomiesky, manager of operations.
