A gradual education of American Jewish youth is necessary in order to encourage immigration to Israel, delegates to the fifth annual convention of the Intercollegiate Zionist Federation of America were told by Dr. James G. Heller, outstanding Reform rabbi and Zionist leader. The convention, held at Camp Shor here, elected Elihu Katz, of Columbia University, as national president of the I.Z.F.A.
