The 38th annual convention of Young Israel concluded here last night after electing Eliahu Stein as president. The convention adopted resolutions aimed at strengthening religious observance among Jewish youth in America. It also decided to build a Young Israel center in Tel Aviv on land assigned by the Jewish National Fund.
