Rabbi Max Wiener, president of the Theodor Herzl Society, District 81, of the Zionist Organization of America, died here this seek-end at the age of 68. Rabbi Wiener, who was active in the educational work of Congregation Habonim, was also a member of the editorial board of the Reconstructionist, bi-weekly religious publication.
