Bags of earth taken from the graves in Israel of Dr. Theodor Herzl, Joseph Trumpeldor and Israelis who fell in the defense of the new state in the Arab-Israel war were mixed today with earth from the grave on Long Island of Vladimir Jabotinsky, founder of the Revisionist movement, whose tenth death anniversary was observed today.

Following impressive ceremonies in a New York funeral chapel in which hundreds of persons participated while hundreds of others waited in the street, a procession led by Menachem Beigin, leader of the Herut Party in Israel, and Dr. Joseph Schechtman, president of the Zionists-Revisionists of America, left for the cemetery at Pinelawn, L.I., where Jabotinsky is buried. Mr. Beigin, who came to this country to participate in the ceremony, read a “Report to the Commander” at the grave of the late Revisionist leader.

Wreaths from Israel, South America, Canada, South Africa, Australia and other parts of the world were laid at the final resting place of Jabotinsky. Among those who participated in the ceremonies were Y.K. Rosenkranz, representing the Israel Government, and delegates from the Zionist Organization of America and other Zionist groups.
