Seven municipalities and local councils in the Tel Aviv area today signed a preliminary agreement with H. Kaufman, a London sewerage expert for the preperation of plans for the construction of a $14,000,000 sewerage disposal system.
The scheme, which has already been approved by the Cabinet, provides for the removal of sewerage in two gigantic mains emptying into the sea in the Tel Aviv area.
