Canada’s 13 delegates to the 23rd World Zionist Congress have been allocated as follows: General Zionists, five; Labor Zionists, four; Mizrachi, three; and Left Poale Zion-Achdut Avoda, one. An agreement for the distribution of the seats was reached after the Central Election Board had unanimously decided to cancel the elections scheduled for November 26th.
