The best solution for the Jerusalem problem is to place the Old City and its environs under international control, leaving the new city alone, Geoffrey Fisher, the Archbishop of Canterbury, declared here this week-end.

The Archbishop added that the Old City belongs not only to the Christians but also to the Jews and the Moslems. Speaking of anti-Semitism, Dr. Fisher said that “we must hammer anti-Semitism as the work of the devil.”
