Dr. A. Nissan, Israel Minister to the Scandinavian countries, today presented the congratulations of the Israel Government to Ralph J. Bunche upon his receipt of the 1950 Nobel Prize for Peace. Dr. Bunche was awarded the prize yesterday for his bringing about the armistice pacts between Israel and the Arab states.
